I work at Cia Cacique, a factory that makes instant coffee. I have worked there since 1992 and my position is senior quality analyst. My responsibilities are:
- cromatography analysis,
- I manage a team of 10 technicians,
- taste coffee
- support the quality assurance manager.
The best thing about my job is that I always work with state of the art equipment.
The worst thing about my job is going to meetings with the team to demand to solve problems.
My expectations for the next five years are speak fluent English and manage the quality anssurance area.

This book was written by a Chinese reporter that had a radio program in Nanquin called “Words on the night breeze”. She’s book only was published when she left China and went to London, where she lives until now and teach in a London University.

In the book, she tells many stories about women that she had been interviewed during her career. This book is important because tell the woman condition during the China Cultural Revolution and herself life. When she was child, the Red Guard came to her house, burned all in there, arrested her parents and carry off she and her brother for to live in an orphanage.

I read this book some time ago and I liked it very much. The mainly message that I understood is how to be a lider, instead of being a chief related to the business administration, although you can use this book in personal life with your family or with your friends. For you ____ become a leader what you realy need basicaly is; to serve your employees, giving then what they need for develop their best habilities, helping them, suporting then, telling when they are wrong and motivating them when they are rigth. But you will get your bests results and the best results to your employee if you do this with love. You need to put love between your relationship with the people you are teaching, or if you prefere, coaching. The autor, James Hunt, always compare several leaders for confirm your(my theory? or HIS theory?hehe) theory and one of them is Jesus. This book helped me a lot, professionally and personaly with my family and friends too.
